For over two decades, I have worked at the intersection of innovation, governance, and social impact—helping shape the journey toward a more connected and inclusive digital economy. As Vice Chairman of Infratech Consultants Ltd (ICL), I have led national-scale initiatives in citizen services, digital literacy, skills development, and e-government, in collaboration with government agencies, donor organizations, and the private sector.

Today, my mission continues: to share my experience and connect people, technology, and policy to create pathways for digital inclusion and a smarter, more sustainable future for developing nations—built on the lessons learned from my work in Bangladesh.
